WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
USA: Orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days of being placed and are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends & national holidays.
Canada: Orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days of being placed and are usually delivered within 5-10 business days. Business days exclude weekends & national holidays.
International: Orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days of being placed and are usually delivered within 10-20 business days. Business days exclude weekends & national holidays.
There can be the occasional customs or USPS delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
A USPS tracking number email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. This can take up to 4 business days after the order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 1950 Collective is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you entered the incorrect shipping address, you must notify us within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number & correction.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or USPS, 1950 Collective will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels.
Due to our two shipping locations, orders that contain several products may be delivered in separate packages and at different times.
1950 Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Once marked as "delivered" by USPS tracking, we are not responsible for the package. Please contact USPS directly with any issues.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, 1950 Collective reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 for US orders and $10 for international orders.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.
